"Remembering our Innate Wisdom"
A 3-days immersion weekend in nature with
Irene Tobler, Verónica Lassus, Joana Carvalho
June 26-28, 2020
Casal de São Pedro
Sobral da Abelheira - Mafra, Portugal
When we are fully present in our bodies and in a felt relationship with the world around us, we have immense capacity to perceive and synchronize with frequencies and information that influence the state of all living things, including us. When we connect in this way with our hearts and bodies and with nature around us, we naturally know what is needed and have the power to take action accordingly.
During this weekend immersion in nature we will be returning to our original wisdom, which seeds within us, but has been forgotten to some extent in our civilized lifestyles.
This deep remembering of our innate wisdom requires of us to open to deep listening. Listening to the rivers, mountains and streams within us, and in the same way listening to the whispering of the plants, trees, animals around us. We will be listening in the way the indigenous people have always known to listen. We will be surrendering into the stillness of the present moment together and from here opening to conversations with each other and with nature. Conversations that naturally emerge from a shared place in the present moment. Conversations that can be silent, that can have words, songs, movement, prayer.
By listening deeply in this way, we free ourselves from pre-conceived and patterned responses and we practice the art of waiting together. From this place of togetherness and connectedness, new ideas and solutions to current problems can emerge.
Together we will be stepping out of our known and habitual ways of operating and open to synchronicities and signs of nature.
We will be working with what is arising in the moment and what is asked of us at this time on the planet. We will include group councils, encounters with nature, shamanic Journeys, sound meditations, mindful walking meditation, prayer and ceremony. We will be assisting each person to find their unique place within the whole and empower them to find their voice and have their voice be heard.
This immersion weekend is the first one of a series of three weekends in nature, which aim at helping people stepping into a felt sense of their place in the world. This comes with personal responsibility, the ability to respond to the current situation in do-able ways to support a change in consciousness needed for our beautiful and precious Mother Earth to be able to come back into balance.
These weekends are for anyone who feels called to deepen into themselves and into relationship with mother Earth, not only for their own sake, but in order to become better able to contribute to a sustainable and healthy future of our beautiful Mother Earth.
Each weekend stands on its own, however for those who wish to deepen their immersion into nature and the psyche, they will have a chance to participate in the three weekends.
Each weekend will have a different theme and they will build on each other.
The weekends will take place in 4Ventos, a retreat center set in a valley of an ecological reserve called Casal de São Pedro, in Sobral da Abelheira near Mafra, 40 km from Lisbon. It includes accommodation and nutritious vegan meals.
Language: This weekend nature immersion will be conducted in English with Portuguese translations.

We are three women coming from different walks of life who are joining in our desire to contribute, at any scale we may be able to, to the changes that need to take place in our culture and systems, so that the coming generations may enjoy our beautiful Mother Earth and all the beautiful and valuable species that inhabit her.
Our combined skill set is in the field of transformation - body oriented therapy, depth and process work, mindfulness meditation, group work, including nature-based work, and education. We want to offer our skills and energy to help individuals find resources within a community of likeminded others and to find their own way of contributing to this important evolutionary step.
